* WINDS...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...humidity as low as around 15%, especially
across the eastern Panhandle.

* TEMPERATURES...Highs in the lower to mid 90s.

* LIGHTNING...Dry lightning strikes possible.

* IMPACTS...Any fire starts may rapidly grow and spread. Fires
will be difficult to control.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
